Looking for good music.

Postby FGhazzi » Wed September 09 2009 03:08 AM

Hey guys.
I Recently stumbled upon some really good Swing/Jazz songs and I've been hooked to them for the last couple of days. Their names are "Mr. Pinstripe Suit" by Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, "Mack The Knife" by Louis Armstrong and "Hit the Road Jack" by Ray Charles. I'm just wondering if there are any good songs or artists you guys could recommend that are similar to these?

Thanks in advance :)

If you like Big Bad Voodoo Daddy - they're going to be at Music by the Lake (www.musicbythelake.com) outside of Lake Geneva, WI on Saturday, July 10th! It's a great venue - outdoor pavilion right on the shores of Geneva Lake in Williams Bay, WI. Check it out at http://www.musicbythelake.com/performan ... daddy.html and hear a sample of their music. If a group of 10 or more go - 20% off orchestra and rear orchestra seats! Email wkersten@aurora.edu for your group tickets!
